We produce the complete set of padel court components ourselves, including hot-dip galvanized steel frames, safety tempered glass, fencing systems, dedicated padel artificial turf and lighting accessories. Not a trading middleman. The whole chain from raw material procurement, fabrication to finished goods packaging is controlled internally to ensure consistent quality, with capacity for bulk orders.

Our courts are manufactured in compliance with official international padel dimensions and construction specifications. Hot-dip galvanized steel structure delivers excellent resistance against salt spray, rain and extreme temperature changes. Impact-certified tempered safety glass ensures high safety. Our specialized sports turf provides consistent ball bounce, slip resistance and shock absorption. We have an independent quality inspection department with batch-by-batch pre-shipment checks. Material and performance test reports can be provided on request.
3. Four proven court models plus customized project solutions
Four standard models to choose from: Classic (Framed), Full View, Ultra Full View and Roofed padel courts. Suitable for indoor, outdoor and rooftop installations. Custom options include frame color, logo, lighting and drainage systems. We can reinforce the structure to adapt to local harsh weather such as strong winds, heavy rain and coastal salt spray.

We have long experience serving overseas clients and are fully familiar with export packaging, container loading and full set of sea freight documents. Each order comes with complete construction drawings, detailed installation manuals and HD tutorial videos. The documents are easy to follow, allowing your team to complete installation independently.
